Mazda Recalls 58,000 Vehicles 21 Months after Acknowledging Problem
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) the auto manufacturer Mazda, is recalling 58,000 2015-2016 Mazda 6 models due to a defective circuit that could cause the airbags to deactivate and power assisted steering to fail.
The recall comes 21 months after Mazda was informed of the problem.
On December 1, 2015, Mazda received a report notifying them of the issue. Eight days later they fixed the issue on their assembly lines....
