I Called them because I was having troubles with getting denied for disability benefits they heard me out and took my case they checked with me to update me on the process of the hearing and how everything goes and now I have been approved I owe them a big Thank you! After my boyfriend's accident I spoke to several attorneys looking for someone to help him. He was turned down by 2 different ones because the police report was wrong. Then I spoke to Bill who said that report didn't matter because the other drive was the one with the stop sign. Bill along with Krysta and Caitlin worked very hard to get him the policy maximum from the other driver. We could not be happier with the team at Berger and Green they kept us updated on the case and answered all our questions along the way. Everyone at Berger & Green have been extremely friendly, patient, and professional. I have more health issues than I can even list and I was denied. I decided there shouldn’t be any reason why I should be denied, so I filed for an appeal, but to everyone’s surprise,  I was denied. It was recommended that I contact Berger & Green, which I did and so happy that I made the choice to call. It was a pretty easy process of filling out paperwork, taking calls, and answering questions. Mark, my Attorney was super friendly and walked me through what was needed to go before the judge. Everything was understood and within a months time, I was told that I was finally getting my much needed and earned Social Security disability thanks to Berger & Green. It’s been a while but Mr mark is a great person he is helping me with my son case from the facility that he was in he is very professional and you don’t understand he’ll explain it to you make you feel more comfortable. Had so many issues with getting my mom’s disability. Years of fighting and someone turned me on to Berger and Green. Any issues we had with disability and they dealt with it right away. They finally found my mom disabled and we were just waiting for the back payments. Unfortunately my mom ended up passing away. But they told me the back pay was still owed to the children. They fixed a few things of course the Social security messed up and were able to get me and my sister her back pay. Unfortunately she was unable to enjoy it or her monthly disability to be able to live comfortably. I do thank Berger and green for fighting for her and us.
