GM recalls 2.7 million vehicles due to safety problems
On May 15, 2014, General Motors (GM) issued a recall for 2.7 million vehicles, adding to a total of 11.2 million vehicles recalled in the U.S. this year. The recent recalled vehicles include: the 2004-2014 Malibu, 2014-2015 Silverado and Sierra pickup trucks and 2005-2007 C6 Corvettes to name a few.
