A crash involving a Port Authority bus has left several injured. The accident occurred around 7 p.m. at the intersection of Penn Avenue and Swissvale Avenue. Allegheny County emergency dispatchers reported that a Port Authority bus collided with a vehicle and then was sent into a utility pole. Power lines fell onto the bus and left a few hundred people without power according to Duquesne Light.

Nine teenagers were injured in a one-vehicle crash on Saturday in Lower Burrell. The teens were traveling east on Dutchman Road toward Route 780, when the SUV they were in left the road, hit an embankment and flipped once according to police.
