Investigation Pays Off

After receiving a low-ball offer from the insurance company, we filed a lawsuit and got our client substantially more than the initial offer. Our client was struck from behind while stopped for traffic ahead. She felt two impacts from the cars behind her. During our investigation of the accident, we discovered that the drivers of the two vehicles behind her were texting each other at the time of the accident!
