Railroad Workers Found UnconsciousThree employees for GBW Railcar Services were found unconscious in a tank car. The incident happened Thursday morning near the GBW facility in Hollidaysburg.

An EMA official for Blair County said one man went into the tank car and passed out due to the lack of oxygen in the car. Two other men then followed and the same thing happened to them as well.  All three workers were taken to UPMC Altoona for treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been released.  Hazmat officials did not find any dangerous chemicals inside the tank car. Currently and investigation by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is ongoing. This is the first OSHA investigation for GBW Railcar Services Hollidaysburg location.
