The recalled pasta salads have an effective date of October 17th. It has a product number of PLU 76578. Additional pasta salad was also sold at the store’s salad bar.

Gold Inc., the manufacturer of the Eddie Bauer infant carriers, has recalled 22,000 carriers. The front buckles can break, causing a fall hazard for the child.

The auto manufacturer, Toyota, has issued a recall on certain 2018-2019 Tundra pickup trucks and Sequoia SUVs along with 2019 Avalon vehicles due to an airbag defect.
Toyota says, that because of the defective programming in the vehicle’s airbag control unit, a fault could be mistaken during the vehicle start up. This could disable one or more of the airbag sensors that detect crashes.

The auto manufacturer, Toyota, has issued a recall for 2.4 million Prius hybrids due to a stalling risk. The recall involves certain 2010-2014 Prius hybrids and some 2012-2014 Prius V hybrids.
The manufacturer says the stalling risk is due to the vehicle failing to enter a fail-safe driving mode in response to a hybrid system fault. Toyota says the vehicle can lose power and stall while the power steering and braking would remain working.
