A head-on collision on Route 422 in Indiana Township has left one man dead.
Authorities say a 26-year-old woman crossed over the center lines and struck the victim head-on. The victim was trapped inside his vehicle. Firefighter were able to extricate him from his vehicle; however, his injuries were fatal and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident is still under investigation.
Route 422 from Parkwood Road to Trim Tree Road was closed for several hours.
