A Standout at Fox Chapel
As a senior at Fox Chapel High School, Max built an impressive legacy as a dual-sport athlete, competing at a high level in both football and basketball. His leadership, work ethic, and competitive spirit made him a key contributor to his teams and a respected presence among teammates and coaches alike.
What truly sets Max apart is how seamlessly he balances his athletic commitments with academic achievement.
Excellence in the Classroom
Max maintained an outstanding 4.3 GPA while taking on a rigorous course load and earned recognition as an AP Scholar with Distinction. His commitment to academic excellence demonstrates the same discipline and focus that define his performance on the field.
The Scholar-Athlete of the Year award celebrates students who excel both athletically and academically and who lead by example in their schools.

Looking Ahead
As part of this honor, Max received a $5,000-dollar scholarship to support his future goals. He plans to continue both his academic and athletic career at Carnegie Mellon University, where he will play football while pursuing his degree.
