Ms. Lee began her legal career in New York City and worked as a corporate associate in the investment management department at Schulte Roth and Zabel from 2003 until 2005. Ms. Lee worked as a staff attorney in the elder law unit at Legal Services of the Hudson Valley from 2006 until 2012. During this period, Ms. Lee engaged in extensive motion practice, trial techniques, and negotiation in City Court and in Supreme Court of New York. Ms. Lee represented clients in summary eviction proceedings, administrative fair hearings, and disability hearings. Additionally, Ms. Lee advised clients regarding Medicaid planning, long term care, nursing home, and home care issues.
Ms. Lee moved to Pittsburgh in 2012 and joined Berger and Green as a Social Security Disability Attorney in 2013. Ms. Lee is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut courts.
Ms. Lee is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and the Allegheny County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Social Security Practitioners Committee. Ms. Lee is dedicated to advocating for disabled individuals who are no longer able to work. Clients appreciate her understanding of the challenges they face and her concern for their well-being.
