On Tuesday, a vehicle crashed into the BoRics hair salon in Brentwood Town Square around 7 p.m.
Eight people, including the driver, were injured in the crash.
The driver was treated and released from the hospital for minor injuries.
The seven others who were injured remain in the hospital. Their injuries include broken bones, head injuries, cuts and bruises. Police report that all are in stable condition at this time.
It is still uncertain as to why the vehicle crashed into the hair salon. Police suspect the driver of the crash either had a medical emergency or was under the influence of drugs or alcohol when the crash occurred. The accident is still under investigation.
