One man has died in an accident that occurred at an Amazon warehouse in Pennsylvania. The young man was accidently ran over by a truck as he was assisting the driver with the truck’s trailer. The county coroner said the young man suffered multiple traumatic injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, also known as OSHA, will complete a six-month investigation of the incident. This is the second death that occurred at the South Middleton Amazon fulfillment center in recent years. In 2014, a woman died after she was crushed between a truck and a storage rack.
