Attorney Kevin R. Peck was born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania in 1973 where he graduated from Laurel Highlands High School.  He attended The Pennsylvania State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in 1995 and then went on to attend The University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1998.  Attorney Peck has been a lifelong resident of Western Pennsylvania, having lived in Fayette, Washington and Allegheny Counties.

During law school, Attorney Peck worked at general practice law firms in Uniontown and Pittsburgh, which allowed him to gain valuable, real-world experience in various fields of law.  This helped him to build a strong foundation for his future legal practice.  Following law school, Attorney Peck defended insurance companies in personal injury and property damage law suits for the first six years of his career. Although he gained valuable experience during that time, saving money for insurance companies was not personally fulfilling.  He sympathized with the injured victims he opposed while representing the insurance companies.  This experience motivated Mr. Peck to seek a position helping injured parties instead.

In 2004, Attorney Peck obtained a position at a large Pittsburgh personal injury law firm. He was then able to use his experience as an insurance defense litigator to successfully represent injured accident victims against the insurance companies.  He has found helping individuals make a recovery for their injuries to be much more rewarding and in line with his principles.  Attorney Peck joined Berger and Green, P.C. in December 2017, where he continues to utilize his 20 years of experience to represent injured accident victims in claims such as automobile accidents, slip and fall incidents, dog bites and wrongful death claims.

Mr. Peck is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ), the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (WPTLA) and the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA).
