Berger and Green’s 2021 Scholar Athlete Has Been Named!

Pine-Richland senior Andy Swartout has been named the 2021 Berger and Green Scholar Athlete of the Year. Swartout was surprised with the award during the school’s fall recognition sports ceremony.

Swartout received the Berger and Green Scholar Athlete Award alongside his family, 22 The Point and Berger and Green!

The Berger and Green Scholar Athlete of the Year award recognized local athletes who excel in their sport, in academics, and in the community. Each Friday night during the 2021 football season, a deserving individual was nominated by their participating school as a Berger and Green Scholar Athlete in partnership with 22 The Point Friday Night Rivals.

The nomination honored students’ successes on and off the field.

One winner was selected from the nominees. All of the nominees were outstanding and we applaud their successes.

Andrew’s self-awareness, dedication and drive made him stand out. Andrew works hard to excel in the classroom and compete as a varsity athlete.  In addition, he also holds leadership positions in many clubs, is First Chair Violinist in the Varsity Orchestra and volunteers in the community.”

The law firm of Berger and Green has been helping injured accident victims and individuals in claims for Social Security disability for over 40 years.  The Berger and Green Scholar athlete gives us the opportunity to support the outstanding youth in our community.
