Sam H. Jessee

Born in Washington County, Pennsylvania, in 1967, Sam H. Jessee is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania where he earned a B.A. in 1990 and an M.Ed in Elementary Education in 1993. He returned to Western Pennsylvania to begin his legal career after having taught Elementary School in Washington County, Maryland. He earned his J.D. at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2000. He was a clerk in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas Criminal Division with the Honorable John Zotolla and Pennsylvania Superior Court with the Honorable Joseph A. Del Sole.

Prior to employment with Berger and Green, P.C., he worked as a Pennsylvania Personal Injury Lawyer concentrating in personal injury, worker's compensation, medical malpractice, and civil litigation. He is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania Courts and the United States District Court for Western Pennsylvania. He has also argued appellate matters in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Jessee joined the law firm of Berger and Green in 2008 to represent injured accident victims. He is sensitive to the many issues that arise following a serious injury and works diligently to recover all the money and benefits his clients deserve.
