Born in Pittsburgh, PA in 1967, Mark E. Milsop is a 1989 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University where he earned a B.A. degree in economics with a minor in speech communication. He obtained a J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1992 with honors. He is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Milsop has fifteen years of experience representing injury victims. During law school, he served an internship with the Honorable Ralph J. Cappy of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court; and was a member of the Law Review and Appellate Moot Court society.
Mr. Milsop serves in a number of professional organizations including the Boards of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He also serves on the Local Rules Committee of the Allegheny County Bar Association; and is an elected member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. He is the President of the St. Thomas More Society (Catholic Lawyers). He has also written on the law, having served as a co-author of Pennsylvania Automobile Litigation: Guidelines and Forms for the Trial Lawyer , 3rd Edition .
Mr. Milsop is proud to serve personal injury victims as an attorney at Berger and Green. He believes that it is important to focus on the fact that his clients have been the victims of the carelessness of others; and that it is his role to see that his clients are treated fairly by the civil justice system.
